I have just installed 5 sculptures in the newly rebuilt park at Todd Triangle in New Lynn.
I set up 8 brick seats for the pensioners who head for the Sculpture on the Gulf exhibition 2011 on Waiheke. They provide a chance to sit down and have a breather during the beautiful 3 km coastal walk. Two of them will stay in a park on Waiheke.
With Jenny, my daughter, I recently installed a seat on Karangahape Rd “Chaise Lange” which is designed to hold 5 large drag queens dancing and also provide casual seating for passers-by. Made of a steel plate core and tiled with 1300 hand-made tiles.
